Option one: accommodation transfer
Official destination guidance recommends checking whether your hotel offers an airport transfer. It can be the simplest solution because the property already knows the route, check-in procedure and where you need to arrive.
Ask whether the transfer is private or shared, what the price includes, where the driver waits and what happens if the flight is delayed. Keep the confirmation on your phone and as a screenshot.
Option two: collect a rental car
Airport pickup works well when the car is part of your whole trip. Confirm the desk location and closing time, especially for an evening arrival. If the company meets you outside the terminal, save the representative's name and telephone number.
Do not rush the vehicle inspection because everyone is tired. Take your photos, check the fuel rule and set the route before moving.
Option three: arrange a taxi
A taxi can be practical for a simple one-way trip, particularly when you do not need a car immediately. Confirm the estimated fare, payment method and any extra charge for the hour, luggage or group size before the journey starts.
Use an authorized service and give the exact property name plus address. Several accommodations can have similar names, and villas may be harder to identify after dark.

Download the address, reservation and first-night contact information before departure. Share the plan with everyone traveling so one person is not handling documents, luggage and directions alone.
